More About Laura

Throughout my own evolution as a mother, wife, personal trainer, and coach, I’ve watched women put themselves on the back burner (myself included!).

When you’re a high-achieving woman, this is easy to do because you’re wearing so many personal and professional hats, juggling a more-than-full schedule, and trying to build in time for self-care.

The deeper-rooted common thread is that many women haven’t adequately expressed their needs and boundaries with themselves and that trickles into their relationships with their partners, children, family, and friends. Over time, this can lead to burnout, overwhelm, stress, a deteriorated sense of self, and resentment.

I help my clients understand that they are worthy of setting healthy limitations in the interest of loving themselves more so that they can get to the sweet spot of life and work faster and with more fulfillment.
