Women's Circle

A Curated Women’s Success

& Expansion Experience

People come to you for answers.

But where do you bring your bigger questions?

You already know how to achieve.

Maybe you’re just not sure you want the next chapter to look like the last one.

There may be an opportunity you’re considering, something you want to expand, or a question about success you haven’t given yourself enough room to explore.

You may not need another goal.

You may need a different room.

The Successful Women’s Circle is a four-month experience for accomplished women who want to discover what their success can become — in the company of women who bring their own experience and perspective to the conversation.

Why the Room Matters

Here’s the interesting thing about being the woman people come to for answers:

You can become very accustomed to thinking things through on your own.

But none of us can see beyond every assumption we’re already making.

Put the right women in conversation with one another and your own thinking has somewhere new to go.

Someone asks the question you didn’t think to ask. A perspective you hadn’t considered changes the way you see an opportunity.

Not because someone else knows what you should do.

Because you can see more from there.

I don’t want women who tell me what to think.

I want women who make me think.

That’s the kind of room I’m creating.

What If You’re Not Looking for More Success?

What if you want a different experience of it?

You can be proud of everything you’ve created without assuming the next chapter has to follow the same definition of success.

That’s a very different conversation.

And it’s the one we’re here to have.

What Happens When We Get in the Room?

Twice a month, we’ll come together for eight live Success Conversations over four months, moving through:

DISCOVER → EXPAND → ACTIVATE → ELEVATE

These aren’t lectures.

We’ll bring real questions into the room and coach what’s actually happening. The conversation is designed to challenge familiar thinking while giving you space to decide what makes sense for you.

The Mastermind Table, Women’s Success Spotlight and Collaboration Corner create opportunities to draw on the experience in the room and contribute your own.

Then we take the conversation somewhere most programs don’t.

Into your life.

You’ll decide what you want to act on, do something with it and bring what happened back to the Circle.

Because the point isn’t to leave with pages of notes.

It’s to see what changes when you use what you discovered.

  • Four Months From Now, What Would You Love to Be Different?

Don’t look for the “right” answer.

    What came to mind?

Perhaps there’s a decision you’re ready to make or something you’ve wanted to pursue that keeps getting pushed aside.

Your answer could also be quieter than that.

Maybe you want to know what your definition of success looks like now.

    Whatever surfaced is worth exploring.

  • Why I Created the Successful Women’s Circle

After decades of coaching women, I’ve noticed something.

The question that changes a woman’s direction is rarely the obvious one.

Sometimes she needs enough space to hear what she actually thinks. Other times, a woman across the table sees something she can’t see from where she’s standing.

I’ve experienced this in my own life, too.

Success has meant different things to me at different stages, and I’ve had to be willing to question definitions that once served me beautifully.

I created the Successful Women’s Circle to make room for those conversations.

  • The Women Aren’t an Extra Benefit. They’re Part of How This Works.

There’s something else I want you to know about this Circle.

    You aren’t coming here empty-handed.

You’ve earned wisdom through what you’ve created and experienced. In the right conversation, something you already know could be exactly what helps another woman see differently.

And she may do the same for you.

That’s why who is in the room matters.

Sometimes you need the room. Sometimes the room needs you.

  • Is This Your Room?

You don’t need to decide that from a sales page.

That’s what the application is for.

Tell me a little about what you’ve created, what has you thinking differently about success now, and what you would love to see change over the next four months.

From there, we can determine whether the Successful Women’s Circle is the right fit for where you’re headed.

You’ve already proven you can create success.

A room that expands what you see changes what you can create.
