My Story
I built a successful career helping women feel strong in their bodies, but behind the scenes, I felt emotionally invisible in my marriage and completely disconnected from myself.
After hitting a breaking point, I took time alone and realized that no one was coming to rescue me—I had to come home to myself.
Through deep inner healing, confronting old beliefs, and reclaiming my voice, I not only transformed my own life and marriage but discovered my true calling.
Today, through Dream Builder Academy, I guide other women to break free from burnout, emotional isolation, and self-sacrifice so they can finally feel seen, heard, and fully alive.
